1. Who we are

"StaQ Capital" is the consumer-facing brand operated by Nationwide Loans Inc, a California corporation doing business as Nationwide Purchase Loans ("we", "us", "our"). Our mailing address is 701 Palomar Mountain Rd, Carlsbad, CA 92011. Mortgage origination is conducted under NMLS #1799965; California real estate activity is conducted under DRE #02085205. Our principal mortgage loan originator is Amin Nadimzadeh, NMLS #2637871 / DRE #02283479.

2. Scope of this notice and the GLBA carve-out

This Privacy Policy covers personal information collected through the StaQ Capital website (staqcapital.com), our marketing materials, the Mortgage Strategy Advisor, Real Estate Pro, Underwriting Pro, and Capital Advisory products, our contact and rate-request forms, and our admin / analytics tooling.

Important: Personal information that we collect, use, or share in connection with offering or providing a financial product or service to you (e.g., a mortgage application, pre-qualification, loan processing, servicing, or document collection) is governed primarily by the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) and its implementing rules (Regulation P, 12 CFR Part 1016), and is exempt from most CCPA/CPRA obligations under Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.145(e). For that information, the separate GLBA Privacy Notice applies. The CCPA/CPRA disclosures below cover the personal information that is not subject to the GLBA exemption — for example, information you provide on the contact form or browsing data on the marketing site.

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We do not "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under CPRA. If we ever change those practices, we will update this notice and provide a clear opt-out mechanism in advance.

You can submit a Do-Not-Sell-or-Share request at any time at /do-not-sell. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a valid opt-out for browsers that emit them.

8. Use of sensitive personal information

Where we collect sensitive personal information (CPRA § 1798.140(ae)) — for example, SSN or financial-account numbers in connection with a mortgage application — we use it only for the purposes permitted by Cal. Civ. § 1798.121 and CPRA implementing regulations: to provide the service you requested, to prevent fraud, to ensure security and integrity, and to comply with the law. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you, and you may direct us to limit our use under Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information.

We will verify your identity using the personal information we have on file. We will respond within 45 days; we may extend an additional 45 days with notice. There is no fee for exercising your rights.

12. Minors

Our services are intended for adults 18+ in connection with real estate finance. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If we learn we have inadvertently done so, we will delete it.

13. Security

We maintain commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include encryption in transit, encrypted-at-rest document storage, role-based access control, hash-chained audit logging, and regular vulnerability scanning. No security control is perfect; please notify us at privacy@staqcapital.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your information.

14. Changes to this notice

We may update this Privacy Policy. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated via the website and, where appropriate, by email. The version history is maintained internally and is available on request.
